A) Customer Satisfied Technologies offers cost effective and innovative web based hosted solutions for small and medium businesses. All our products are fully hosted, well supported and of highest quality. We understand the unique problems faced by small and medium businesses and hence strive to develop solutions that make life easier for our customers.
Q) What products/solutions/services do you offer?
A) We offer web based products for small and medium businesses. Our products suite includes SurveyMAC - Survey Management System, CusMAC - Customer Management System, SuppMAC - Supplier Management System, EmpMAC - Employer Management System and WebMAC - Website Management System.

Q) How do you differentiate your solutions from other software companies that target SMBs?
A) Firstly all our solutions are fully hosted and web based. Users can access our products with their login details from anywhere in the world. All they need is a computer and an internet connection. It is that simple!
Secondly our products cost half as less as similar products in the market. We have priced our products to suit the budget of small and medium businesses. We have a simple annual subscription based pricing model with no set up fees, no connection fees, no support fees and no hidden charges whatsoever.
Thirdly, we offer one month free trials of all our products, so that our customers experience our products first hand before they subscribe to any of our products.
Q) Pricewise, how do your products compare to your competitors?
A) All our products cost half as less as our competitors. Our market research indicates that our competitors sell similar products at almost twice our prices.
Q) What technical support arrangements are in place for your products/solutions?
A) We offer email support to all our users with a turn around time of 24 hours for urgent queries and 48 hours for all other queries. Please click here to learn more about our Technical Support.
Q) Can I try your products before I buy them? If so, what is the procedure?
A) Yes, you can register here to get one month free trial versions of all our products.
Q) What training is available for me to use your products?
A) We provide online training for all our products with screen shot explanation of all the product functionalities.
Q) How do I subscribe to your products?
A) You need to register online first before you buy any of our products. After you register, login to our website using your username and password. Then go to a product webpage and click on "Subscribe". You will then be asked to confirm your billing details and go to Paypal.
All payments will be made securely using Paypal. Paypal accepts all credit cards and debit cards. Once we receive your payment, we will then email you username and password details to access the product website. Use your login details to access the product anytime anywhere.
Q) How secure is our data and information on your servers?
A) We guarantee the security of your data and information on our servers. This is part of the terms and conditions, when you subscribe to any of our products.
Hosted Solutions FAQs
Q) What are hosted solutions?
A) Hosted solutions are those solutions which are fully maintained, monitored, enhanced and supported by the service provider (eg. Customer Satisfied Technologies). Customers (eg. Small and Medium businesses) basically rent the service/solution from the service provider and pay a subscription fee for the same.
Q) How are hosted solutions useful to SMBs?
A) Firstly, hosted solutions are very easy to set up. You do not need any technical knowledge whatsoever nor do you need anybody to set it up for you. The service providers set everything up and give you access to the product.
Secondly, you have no capital expenditures. For a simple subscription fees, you get access to a hosted product of your choice. Thus, you can concentrate more on running your core business rather than spent time on IT processes.
Thirdly, you have the freedom to use the product from anywhere in the world at any time. All you need is a computer and an internet connection. Moreover hosted solutions are more customisable compared to off-the-shelf solutions (traditional packaged software) that we are normally used to.
